Meet Our Team
Chris Burnette
CEO/President
Chris Burnette has a proven track record of success and has risen to the top in every arena he has entered. He started his career in the families construction business before joining the military. After an honorable discharge from the US Army in 1989 and a short stint in law enforcement, he started his first business endeavor in Executive Protection. Over the next 26 years he would put all the knowledge he absorbed from these high level executives to work mastering business development.
During that time he started and successfully operated several businesses, from gyms to pool maintenance. The strong work ethic he learned growing up building custom homes from the ground up in the family business coupled with the business experience from his executive protection career has struck a balance between people friendly and military precision.
Skyler Oostra
CFO/Vice President of Sales
Skyler Oostra has expertise in business development, marketing, and strategic client development. With a BS in Business Management from S.D.C.C. and a successful track record within major corporations as well as his own endeavors, his exceptional ability to develop sales reps and team manage makes him a valuable asset.
Dennis Quinn
COO/Vice President of Projects
Dennis Quinn graduated from Long Beach State in 1982 with a Bachelor in Project Management. He was licensed by the CSLB in 1984 (C-29, B1 & A General Engineering), and then owned and operated his own company (Dennis Quinn Construction) for the next 25 years. As a certified CAD operator and a background in engineering his expertise is invaluable when considering ground-mounted panels vs. rooftop. Dennis oversees all projects, draws your plans personally and deals with permits inspectors and runs quality control and all installations.
